Reverted because the change made certain chests bug out sadly

- A very ugly fix to prevent some of the battlepass special storage chests from staying open. These are not included in the devkit so there can't be a pretty one for now. This will close them when you stop interacting,. but they won't open on the next interact as the state cannot be toggled without having access to their class.

- Horse inventory change didn't seem to take, fixing
- Temporarily increased humanoid render range to potentially combat the vanilla crash related to thralls and workstations (we'll see how it works)

- Removed fix for no sound dregs as Funcom fixed
- Removed fix for dismemberment as Funcom fixed

- Small tweak on the Dregs no sound fix so it works properly on dedicated servers too
