- added HUD indicators for ping and server fps

- Removed dismantling bench class swap as Funcom fixed the default inventory

- Fixed rope being too high on horses and not disappearing when dragged thrall got killed.

- Temporarily added feature to hand over dragged thralls to followers (similar to better thralls since atm it's not the most compatible thing with my follower remote)

- Seems like the mod did not appreciate losing the extra bits as it got corrupted :D

- Reverted all changes made while implementing Hearthstone feature as that has now been stripped out and released as a standalone mod

- Added heartstone system

- Reverted change to dismantling benches so it puts items directly in the queue
- Added Stretch Hide recipe to Tanner's Table when using a tanner thrall

- Increased area to global of several purge types for more variety
