now they provide a lot of elemental/biome dependent abilities

added several quite overpowered PCSes each in three tiers and unique. They are meant for Squad Leaders. You need the mod Rising Tides for them to appear, some Tiers may need additional Mods. Those will only work seamlessly with a new campaign.

Final Tiers:

The Phylactery of the Hunter provides a boost to Shield HP and access to Scoped and Dropped and Eye in the Sky as well as Overflow Barrier. I am using this for Squadleader Stukov.

The Phylactery of the Technocrate provides a boost to Hack Score and access to Repair and Combat Protocols as well as Capacitor Discharge. (all three Tiers need [WotC] Richards Classes (3 Perks per level PLUS LW2 Weapons). I am using this for Squadleader Lily Shen.

The Phylactery of the Zealot provides a boost to HP and access to Teek and a Grenade Pocket as well as Vile Concoctions. (2nd and 3rd Tier require Mitzruti Perk Pack. I am using this for Squadleader van Doorn.

The Phylactery of the Assassin provides a boost to aiming and access to Repositioning and Slow is Smooth as well as Kubikuri. I am using this fpr Squadleader Zhang.

The Phylactery of the Berserker provides a boost to HP and access to Blur and Siphon as well as Hamstring. (Final Tier needs the ABB Perk Pack). I am using this for Squadleader Bradford.

The Phylactery of the Gatherer provides a boost to HP and access to Over the Shoulder and Unsettling Voices as well as Guardian Angel. I am using this for Squadleader Tygan.

The Phylactery of the Warlock provides a boost to Psionic Offense and access to Burst and Psionic Storm as well as Psionic Overload. I am using this for Squadleader Annette Durand.
