Normal update

Changes description follows. Country – change - Reasoning.

Performed various finishing touches on various flags throughout the mod.

Memmingen – Slightly reduced the size of the eagle so that it better fits in the game field and also placed it on a golden field. – Historical accuracy and better proportionality.

Ravensburg – Changed to the version found both at the Ravensburg Town Hall, dating from the 1570's, as well as Imperial State documentations from the same era. It is the same as the game's minus the cross overhead and the modern elements. – Historical accuracy. Vanilla flag is just a copy - paste of the modern day city coat of arms.

Ottomans – Abandoned the banner appearance since it looks horrible in the post battle graphics. Maintained the more proportional crescent.

Ulm – Changed to the civil ensign. – Vanilla flag is an awful composition of the coat of arms on a vertical display of the civil ensign.

Verden – Changed to the coat of arms of the Prince-Bishopric of Verden. – Historical accuracy since I couldn't attest the vanilla flag anywhere.
