Normal update

Changes description follows. Country – Change - Reasoning.

Danzig - Added a higher detail crown. - Vanilla flag is accurate but used a very poor crown.

Orleans - Changed to the coat of arms of the House of Valois-Orleans. - Historical accuracy at the game's historical start. The game uses the present-day coat of arms of the city of Orleans.

Ragusa - Changed to St. Blasius' flag. - Civil flag trumps coat of arms (in fact, part of the coat of arms).

Sardinia-Piedmont - Normalised the canton. - Vanilla flag is accurate but disproportionate.

Switzerland - Normalised the canton. - Vanilla flag is accurate but disproportionate.

Utrecht - Narrowed the cross. (V1.0 original changes)
