Having OWB Enclave Remnants Reborn is not a requirement to use this mod. I only added minor code that will not cause crashes so feel free to use the Remnants mod or not without worry. It is advisable to wait for an update to that mod though come July with the incoming US Overhaul Part I releasing sometime that month from Pohatou/Zachtou.
