> Optimization Pass (Should get at least 10 more FPS in the most troublesome spots)
> Reduced some unncecessary details
> Reduced some brushwork outside of the playable space
> Removed some overlays
> Removed some particle effects
> Added fading values for most props on the map
> Added occluders

> Removed some cilivian vehicles from the main streets in order to de-clutter the center of the map
> Shortened the balconies near the center of the map to better indicate playable space
> Added more debris to the blocked street near riverside in order to better indicate that it's not passable
> Fixed some minor graphical glitches in selected spots
> Improved clipping across the entire map
> Changed the base flag locations in Capture the Flag in order to move them closer to their respective team spawn areas
> Updated NavMesh
