-DStrong angle changed from 361 to 50.
-DStrong BKB reduced from 8 to 7.
//DStrong was turning out to be a little overtuned. This change has been made to make the move a little less punishing on bad DI and generally slightly weaker overall.

+DSpecial no longer slides off of ledges.
+FSpecial second wall bounce is less shallow, and FSpecial first wallbounce refreshes when Oxob is hit.

=The battery meter now briefly appears below Oxob when hit.

-Jacob's Ladder now consumes your entire field when the finisher connects.

*Fixed a bug where DSpecial wouldn't properly block attacks with multiple hitboxes if you dropped shield.
