Added a fun fire safety joke for clowns to teach fire safety and responsible drinking.

SMG and Assault rifle magazines can be reloaded with alternate magazines such as depleted fuel (if you are using a mod like baroverhaul the has special assault rifle bullets)

Chem grenades including 40mm release a last extra puff of acid when they break or when they explode in a fire (the acid is also flamable)

did some testing and several of the automatic and charge weapons were missing holdtrigger="true" due to copy errors from vanilla etc. Caused problems with bots and such

Added pulse maser to several enemy and security gear sets.

Reolver, Light Pistol, Autopistol and Sub Service Pistol all lost their flashlight slot to better go with Vanilla and other weapon mods.

Machine Pistol, Shotgun Revolver and Handcannon and Pulse Maser Pistol all keep their flashlight slots.

modified and cleaned up harpoon auto launcher.

Added Pulse Maser Pistol, it does high burn, slight EMP with a minor progressive stun that can disable damage. It won't kill a guardian but it can disable them for a very short time. High intial cost to craft, reloading the maser cores is somewhat cheap using carbon, aluminum and silicon, ammo being emitter rod based cannot be combined.

Marauder battle rifle magazine had an error where deconstructing them gave back physicorum if empty but not steel. now they never give back phys even if full, no buying mags to upgrade hulll or exploiting the magazines.

SSL magazines can be recycled to either dart or explosive now. Thank you for the bug reports!
