Numerous bugs and issues with armor fixed.

All primarily metal armors such as tactical helmet play proper metallic sounds when struck including base game makeshift armor and iron helmet.

Several armors had probability incorrectly instead of damage reduction, whoops!

VWO armors have low probability to deflect damage similar to the exosuit in base game. This is lower on helmets which can be stacked with dive suits and is roughly 5-10% on the helmets best protections/bleeding.

Armor suits especially Blockade and Cerimonial armor get the most improvement here with the thick armor having a low ability to avoid damage from even heavy weapon attacks

Spooky Alien spear ooooOOOOoooOOOooOoOoOoOooooOOooo

Lightmap on the thermal spear to show it heating up on strike.

Fixed description on the Coalition pump action, it can load 6 grenades of only one type, but shoots slightly faster with the option of mounting a scope, but doesn't float and loses the stock stash.

New Weapon: Thermal Harpoon Lance, a high tech fulgurium cored spear that has an improved alloy blade. Each strike releases a burst of thermal energy that burns and even combusts targets.

New Helmet: Improvised Helmet, a very basic budget helmet made out of high density plastic wrapped in ballistic fiber. Considered somewhat obsolete this lightweight helmet has lower physical protection but the thicker material has decent insulation from thermal energy and shockwaves.

Ion pulser ammo source changed from using copper to potassium for Chlorine+Posstassium.

quick fix for makeshift bandolier not holding harpoons.

blockade armor has slight husk resist due to its layered armor protection

Jovian Sub Gun rename to go with Sub Gun ammo and Sub Service(pun) pistol description properly denotes it uses subgun magazines.

Spasm gun description denotes it uses Dementonite Spasm rods for those who were confused or didn't type Spasm into fabricator.

Automatic rifle is slightly further back so it is in the characters shoulder better.

pressure stabilizer was set to autoinject on jovian armor due to old testing, removed due to wasting pressure stabilzer.

After testing and balance Laser weapons are going to advanced part kit due to their advanced nature.

Charge packs will require an additional copper to recycle.

Very rare Regulator Laser Carbines can be found, but not crafted/bought. They exhibit a melding of advanced laser weapons and alien technology by an unknown party.
