super important hotfix because the machete looked like hot garbage when held and the caps saber wasn't much better. went and improved both so they look like proper weapons swinging now. Even got a little parry flip going on at the end of the saber animation.

Fixed Spear/Trident projectile odd behavior, the spear hits targets slightly past where the point is directed at the correct distance and deals damage 100% of the time.

Spears of all kinds have had their penetration increased by 10% to offset the cumbersome nature.

added two new spear class melee weapons. Spears are bulky two handed weapons that can only carried or worn on the back (or stowed like assault rifles in special packs)

Harpoon Spear: A basic cheap and easily accessible spear that can be built easily. Damage is somewhat high roughly 75% of the damage and attack speed of the Boarding axe but low stun.

Cultist Trident: A verdegrys three tined spear of cursed alloy that does a bit more damage than the standard spear, does tiny amounts of radiation damage to the target and sometimes a equally tiny a burst of radiation on the user and those nearby.

More npc loadouts, especially for the new spears.

Baroverhaul added a tacticalbackpack identifier so I changed the tacticalbackpack identifier in VWO as a hotfix

QOL pass on the machine guns, LMG was good in testing still, its supposed to be a little off as its a cheap stamp metal wal-mart gun like the defense carbine. GPMG was way off in both low and high skill and the recoil was reduced to better perform at both, it still fires fast and has a lot of kick, the Heavy MG has a good recoil control at high skill owing to its slower fire rate.

There is a new rare classic Seppo hat you can find/buy that has a scruffy little mask.

Sever chance way too high on laser bore.

Added a hollow stock slot to the grenade launcher for bandages/tourniquets to give it a proper 8 slot even index.

Complete rework of the pump action grenade launcher, has a faster fire rate and slight velocity increase, only carries 4 rounds in 2 stacks and has a buttstock compartment for items. No longer requires advanced parts kits to convert.

Plasma rifle had incorrect particle effect that was working due to being tested with EK turret rework, oops!

Plasma Pellet feedback has been they are both too easy to make and too resource intensive, so they cost 1 each iron, plastic and propellent mag/pot putting them cheap but overly so and on par with ballistic weapon reloads for the most part.

laserriflemag laseriflemag problem fixed, laser rifle now is set for vwolaserriffleammo tag, laser bore only uses standard laserriflemag

(no alternate ammo for laser rifle... yet)

Both tested and laser bore also spits more orange/red sparks to be visually appealing, contact sparks are however yellow as usual.
