old bug was making it so laser rifle mags werent spawning on npc's whoops!

Laser Bore requires fulgurium like the laser rifle to craft.

Adjusted some of the sprite sizes on various pieces of gear, many items were too small like the heavy pistols or jovian enviromental armor.

BT and BTC patch soon.

Hemmed and also Hawwed about the secondary mechanic weapon and went with a EK laser drill copy cat in the Laser Bore, it uses the same ammo as the laser rifle but its a continuous high damage beam that is prone to overheating, the weapon constantly cools down and even faster while in water but if it overheats it becomes inoperable for 3.5 seconds. However it can do a lot of damage to structures and creatures in a somewhat short range but far longer than normal plasma cutters or welding tools. It also cuts minerals extremely quickly.

Wrong slot indicator on Load Bearing Vest, Tool slot was replaced with a sonar/pda slot but still had tool icon.

Went through and removed dozens of possibly error causing entries where a character had a two handed rifle/machinegun and a bag slot item at the same time.

Seems to have been a rare error on several that were set to equip but not taking any chances so I scoured the files.

Light Pistol ammo is 2 per stack like vanilla, tough but 30 rounds vs 12 revolver rounds is a thing.

Revolver bleed down, penetration up. Still had headshot bonus similar to rifles. Rewards aimed head shots and has more even damage.

Light pistol and service pistol armor penetration boosted to keep up with revolver changes. They are high velocity low damage rounds perfect for fighting inside of ship hulls and engaging small targets.

LMG of all types recoil evened out and reduced to be more effective early game and more rewarding late game

HMG recoil slightly reduced to give better cadence of fire/burst. This weapon is absolutely MADE for the kneeling accuracy talent for soliders as it still kicks like a mule.

Weld nail adjustments to make the damage/repair better. Very little feed back, its a niche mechanic gun. Will try to get another mechanic weapon added in. Weld nails explosion does very slight burn and explosive damage on its explosion repair effect so they aren't as good for fixing/fighting point blank but its very minor.

PFA bandolier changes update, it has 9 slots, 6 of which are 2 each ammo, medical or tool items as in PFA/Doctor outfits/Toolbelt
