Hotfix, Accelerator carbine made craftable and takes batteries making it a side grade to the high damage coil harpoon gun and its dual electro-chemical nature means it has increased battery life.

A large number of minor fixes and tweaks to various items, captains saber properly takes helm skill instead of weapons twice.

All remade weapons properly have the recycle tag now indicating you are able to rebuild the weapon with advanced parts to increase the weapons quality. I got a ton of "item needs itself to build plz fix" reports for awhile now and this should solve that.

New Accelerator Carbine is a 9mm electro-chemical coilgun that can be found on wrecks as rare loot. Improved damage and high recoil with a sparks and zap sound effect on each shot.

Redone/New sprites for Material and Tactical backpacks by Kahniji!

Material backpack lost ammo pouches but gains 2 standard slots making it more attractive even with its 8 low value material slots.

Paramedic backpack keeps its ammo slots as its med slots are extremely high value and to further differentiate it from the similar material pack.

Load bearing vest goes to 8 normal slots but keeps its medical item slot. had a hard time with this one! Ammo pouches didn't feel right as its not setup like the bandolier is but having a full 9 slots of any item made it too good, thought on it and since it does slow the user slightly and has an almost negliable armor buff it is like a larger slower tool belt so 8 + 1 med puts it in a more generalized/militerized pack option.

Possibly do a few more loot only packs down the line an 8 slot mini backpack and a gunfighter bandolier with ammo pouches like what I originally had the LBV with pouches.

load bearing vest top right slot changed to chem/med from ammo, 3 ammo is not where it needs to be.

clown extinguisher MASSIVE bug fix due to delta time tag being flipped on, whoops sorry if you died horribly. Also the projectiles should properly despawn and not get stuck on the ship.

Fixes for the Operator Rifle and Breacher Carbine, had an issue if you try to reload the underbarrel after firing it while holding down fire it caused strange recoil/fake muzzle flash issues. Made gun lock during this cooldown/reload period. If the gun jams due to level transition or something, just drop the gun to unjam.

hotfix for laser gui closing when it is picked up, holding a laser or wearing it will pop up the UI

Number of guns had Striking Multiplier instead of Firepower due to an old bug that got copy pasted for over a year. Now fixed!
