All containers are maxstack 8 now as vanilla
Pistol/SMG magazines are maxstack 8 because toolbelts and backpacks are not player inventory or something ok whatever.

Bandolier is now pegged to the exact stats of my Pockets for All mod. As in 2 extra tactical slots and is bag slot, not exosuit. Should not cause any problems because they will just overwrite each other as the same exact item if either mod is enabled, just the text will change.

backpack rebalance, load bearing vest 10% penalty, Tactical backpack -20% and -10% Jet scooter balanced to vanilla backpack.

changed ancient weapon to vanilla by removing override

added flow resist to makeshift armor as per vanilla

updated mod WITHOUT LUA INSTALLED/ENABLED to prevent bugs

Updated for Traitor update
SMG/Pistol mags maxstack 12, still 4 on player.
AT rifle rounds stack up to 8 like grenades, max 32 in cabinet
All rifle and other mags stack to 8 and 3 on player including LMG
Heavy box mags are pegged to the default games 2 in a stack.
Laser mags stack up to 4 in containers but max 1 on player.

all ammo should be done with the new values, keep in mind many ammo types require specifc components like the steel core of the battle rifle rounds or physicorum or flashpowder in high tier ammo.

from feedback due to ammo increases I am upping all harpoons to up to 12 per stack to keep up with the other weapons ammo count.

Backpack wasn't updated fixed.

Backpack blurred 0.4 percent to better mesh with the art style.

Revolver fire rate increased to 0.5 (vanilla) from 0.8 (annoyingly slow)

Passed over damage again and made some small tweaks to revolver and pistol damage, pistol upped to 13 percent armor pierce while the revolver is down to 6 but does hydroshock/blunt damage.

Changed several recipies and ability to craft several items. Pisol and Defense carbine magazines are now polymer, def carbine mags now reloadable as I missed that previously. The grenade launcher and machine pistol are now craftable. The Automatic pistol soft stats are now slightly improved as it is a rare/advanced weapon.

some minor damage tweaks across the board as usual
