Updated the entangled worlds globals list

-Removed extra potion capacity again.
-Rocket kick now grants contact damage and slight i-frames when used. Multiple stacks also reduces its cool-down.
-Removed some effects from more chaos to make it more stable in multiplayer

Low gravity now increases airborne levitation recovery speed. High gravity now increases grounded levitation recovery speed.

Made extra potion capacity stacking linear instead of multiplicative.

Made extra potion capacity properly interact with altar of nullification.

Reintroduced Low and High Gravity perks.

fixed an error with always cast power

Properly marked most global perks as such for Entangled Worlds.

Polymorphism now makes you unable to catch fire.

Added a WIP compatibility mode for Entangled Worlds.
