Change terrain, add road, add map props to exterior areas. Change rebel base to add shield generator and walkway on wall.

Added fog in valleys, added elevator to get in/out of canyon. Added teleporters to/from forest planet.

Fixed some texture issues. Added a courtyard to outpost. Added ATAT lift. More optimizations. Increased 3D skybox height to make putting capital ship props in it more realistic. Added buttons to ATC tower for side gate and MHB blast door.
