Potential Multiplayer fixes
Cannon, Smart Launcher, and Depot will no longer show up in base shops (w/o rerolls)
Launcher now properly upgrades into Smart Launchers or Cannons
Dumbwaiters no longer upgrade into Launchers
Depot can now be upgraded into the other countertop upgrades (workstation & freezer; done incase you didn't want a depot from a counter upgrade)

Finally fixed multiplayer for real
Removed all upgrades from base game items (dumbwaiters & counters)
All items will be obtainable albeit a bit rare through base shop

If you are having issues with old saves, refer to LaunchIt! Legacy

- Added Cannons! This will replace the high launcher.
- Added Trampolines

- All launchers have had a decrease in cooldown.
- Launcher now can launch over walls.
- Launcher can now launch to counters, other launchers, or trampolines.
- Launcher can now swap between single and multiple targeting types.
- Launcher now has a min:max range of 0:12
- Smart Launcher can now target more appliances.
- Smart Launcher will now respect Smart Grabber data.
- Smart Launcher now has a min:max range of 3:8
- Counters can now upgrade into Depots.

- Modified firing arc & air timings.
- Updated Depot and Launcher models
- All Launch Plates are now Launchers
