Renegade Utility Diving Suit had too many issues, and having the weapon/tool built into the arm was more of an inconvenience than it was worth.
Replaced the Renegade Utility Diving Suit with a Renegade Combat Diving Suit. It's effectively an upgraded Combat Diving Suit, with higher resistances, and Smart Oxygen usage. It also has a weapon slot and 6 ammo slots as pockets.

Added Ammo belt, and Renegades spawn wearing one.
Added Renegade Utility Diving suit, which has a weapon and tool built into the arm that can be used as a plasma cutter, welding torch, SMG, HMG and Assault Rifle.
