1. Mundvard diktat works now (it was added in the last patch, but wasn't working due to the 3.0 patch's change)
2. Mundvard slave trade convoy (But we removed players' access to it because we were not satisfied with the flavors yet.)
3. Fix for PG's Sartossa pirate skill and Carrier skill.
4. Alicia ashen rose now gives ma+5 instead of poison (because the poison contact effect removes the allure contact effect)
5. Now it correctly refunds the money if you've spent the money on Power of Money and did quick save- quick load after it
6. Egmond technology for Chosen
7. Ulrika's quest line fix. Now Egmond and Jaan can gain Ulrika normally.

1. Now Jaan's incite rebellion triggers only once per campaign. Uses saved value to do this
2. Fixed skill scope errors in Mundvard's ten silverlings
3. Added Diktats to the Mundvard: There were some requests to add rites to summon heroes, but I thought adding four rites to him was too much. (But it wasn't working in this patch)
4. Added rite animations for Jaan
5. Alicia's Ashen Rose has now 3 number of uses.
