- Added a new ideoligion thought to Empiricists, which provides positive mood when they have a laboratory of Decent or better Impressiveness, and negative mood when they have no dedicated laboratory or an awful/mediocre one. For a fairly small investment, Empiricists now can get a nice mood bonus for the entire Ideoligion, which should hopefully make the meme more competitive.

Empiricism felt like it didn't quite have enough oompf to it, so this addition will hopefully make the meme more interesting and useful.
