1.23 Update

Supplement and restore some ammunition for the newly added German vehicles,now they can resupply by supply vehicle

Add two new maps to the "Eastern Line", "Northern Line", and "Full Map" map options, "druzhina" and "rakowice"

Remove most of the light weapon sound effects modifications and make them optional sub mods

Make the illumination flare unselectable to prevent players from clicking and causing crashes

Matched some official minor modifications
