Reduced file size from 5.3Mb to ~35Kb

Remade thumbnail to have higher resolution gene bottles

-Thickened workshop thumbnail border
-Removed unneeded files, reducing file size
-Instead of overriding ALL afflictions and genes and only changing a few, it now only overrides the genes and afflictions it actually modifies, so any future updates to genetic items or unmodified afflictions should work as intended, this might also improve compatibility with other genetic mods
