Changed suppression screen effect. Screen now slightly looses color and blurs, making it more distinct from the hit effect.
Added crude spawn protection for each main base.
Added more recoil to all guns, and cone of fire is now enable for all guns that don't already have it.
Recoil, along with cone of fire, gets worse the longer you shoot. This can be mitigated by being prone.
Added little rectangle bar thingys that PR has to sort of indicate your weapon inaccuracy.
Made bots more inaccruate to account for the fact that shooting is way harder now.

Removed extra recoil animations, because they were awful

Toned down recoil a lot, because half the guns were pointing straight up after the 3rd shot lol

Added UI for LAV and Stryker.
Added lots of horrible recoil, because you need to suffer (just kidding). Just an experiment, will probably remove next update.
