Lowered BMP-2M firerate from 850RPM to 550RPM.
Buffed LAV 6 armor.
Added back camos for vehicles. There are now forest, desert, and snow versions of most vehicles.

Bug fixes and hopefully better performance. Vanilla desert maps are not recommended to play with lots of vehicles.
