Fixed bug:
-If "randomize every round" is enabled, slugcats should not be randomized unless "random" was chosen in the menu.

-You can have random slugcats every single round
-The gourmand have a chanche to generate vanilla items if the custom loot table is activated
-You can disable the functionality that make you can't manually select disabled slugcats
