Small fixes update:
-Fixed areaportal rendering issues at C
-Rendering fixes at B and A
-Minor skybox updates
-Minor clipping and nobuild updates across the map
-A little more health on C point

This is mostly cleanup for final release, hopefully there aren't many further issues to fix.
