After a lot of fiddling with OGG Files, I'm able to bring the entirety of the "Black Mesa" Soundtrack from both the original game & then "XEN" Update into Arma-3!

All tracks, new & existing have been given appropriate tags to distinguish between a SFX track & music track of different styles ranging from calm to intense tracks!
