Made a bunch of changes to the CCTV

-Remade sprites so there is no warning in the console
-Added a quick fading overlay when manning the CCTV
-It requires power now... kinda...
-Added a bit of burn and stun when failing repair/connection
-Added condition_out output
-Increased condition loss when underwater

And a few more things I'm not remembering. If you find any issues just let me know

CCTV Screen Fix

-The code the game uses when buying a turret turns anything with the tag "Periscope" into a regular periscope, Including the CCTV Screen. Not anymore tho!

-Fixed a typo in material requirement.
-Increased light range.
(Already fabricated light's range doesn't update. You must fabricate them again for them to have the range increase)
