Factionwide growth bonus of Ku'Gath and Alarielle increased from +5 to +10.
Ku'gath missiles resistance malus for enemies forces have been switch for -15 armour against enemies forces.
Repanse & Thorek reduction of WOM reserve for enemies have been fixed.

Fix for official Winds Of Magic generation bonus !
Now items that increase power generation (like the book of ashur +25 wom generation) now works !
So does the traits, techs and all.
