Added Car 02, made all the windows have $translucent 1 so they fade in at a distance instead of just being opaque

Added 2 cars, The Cargo Truck02 and The COG Car01. Fixed up the ratbike by adding a bit more weight to it. shouldn't flip as easily anymore.

Added OnEngineStart and Stop functions that play the coresponding sound, ableit there is no start or stop sound for the bike, so the rev sound was used for the start, and a suspension was used for the stop.

fixed up the bike with animations - albeit the back suspension still not working And was able to give the truck up and down suspension
