# NERFS:
- Neutralize and Power Bomb are no longer FC-able
- Bad Business is now a hitgrab
- Neutralize launch angle adjusted (is extremly hard to combo off of now with proper DI)
- Charge Tackle first hit size reduced
- Dash back is now iasa f11 (prev 10)
- Ball Dodge is now f19 iasa
- Ball Dodge now requires initiative to have invuln
- Ball Dodge invuln now starts f3
- Ball Dodge UI tweaked
- If a move is armored before the hit comes out, the hit is parriable
- If without initiative, Buff applies less armor at a later frame.
- Buff can no longer be used if Armor is active
- Buff requires more meter
- Neutralize is grab techable now.
- Power Bomb will grab tech if armor is active.
- Various hitbox nerfs
- Grounded Strike now uses a slider
- Aerial Strike UI tweaked
- Aerial Strike's landing recovery frames increased
- Sky Driller is no longer a DP, but is also not block punishable. In addition, all aerial options are available afterwards.
- Sky Driller movement speed decreased
- Sky Driller hitstun decreased
# BUFFS:
- Power Bomb damage in combo is now identical to base damage (BEFORE damage scaling)
- Various buffs to proration and block adv
- God Step is now +11 on hit if opponent is sent airborne (not a huge buff, since its still unconfirmable with DI.
- Mild Rage sweetspot is now +2 on block
- God Step now hits f11
- Barrel Roll is now +1 on block
- Barrel Roll now moves marginally faster
- Vitrum Obex now hits more often
- Vitrum Obex is now 1 meter
# MISC:
- Bouncer's jump back sprite has been added.

Mostly nerfs
- god step fixed infinite armor
- barrel roll travels slower and proj invuln is (f6 from f5), -1 on block (both ver)
- sky driller travels slightly shorter, punishable on block on the first 2 hits, followup restricted
- tackle hitbox active on (f10 from f8)
- power dunk damage decrease (2500 from 3600), damage in combo increased (1800 from 1200), sets opponent aerial, travels much shorter
- neutralize slightly less damage
- mild rage +1 on block, +3 on close range
- ballin/insta ball knockback increased and can be DI’d
- vitrum obex travel speed almost doubled, deals less damage per hit
- backhand +1 on block on second hit

slightly nerfed chair to fix chair loops
- chair
- inner hitbox now launches opponent airborne (and less knockback)
- reduced damage
- no longer cancel into superdash

- brute force
- knockbacks downwards and air bounces
