The EOD Suit now has a ragdoll when you die

Finally made the EOD and Protective suit work like they're supposed to
EOD will now stop explosion fragments (turns out it's DMG_BUCKSHOT)
Protective will now stop electiricty and fire damage (not a lot of testing)
