cleaned up some colors and one gap was misaligned. cleaned up captains room girder

BeyondTilted reported a shifted hull which caused a gap between hulls that would kill people, checked all hulls, unsure of how this has occured but it did. Fixed

Added captains medbay portal, tug the curtain and call up the doctor.

Wrecked Decon in Ballast C and the Wrecked Ladder in the Throat were invalid objects due to having Stations From Beyond Loaded. I placed Vanilla versions of both of those items. Glad I caught that before I started my campaign on release!

went room by room and found two unconnected waypoints, shifted waypoints due to ladder change and drastically reworked mechanical for better flow of materials.

I want to keep the pnumatic decon machine but just can't figure a good way to get it going properly without moving it into mechanics. its staying put right now along with the weird sideways locker in Jawperations.

Release is tomorrow I hope this is ready!

big pass on making lots of switchs and buttons non removeable, one light was wired to toggle instead of state.

Massive overhaul of electrical after several fire related deaths of engineers. Atmospherics is only dedicated engineer spawn so they won't be killed due to spike related fires.

Big overhauls to many small items making them non pickable or otherwise able to be removed especially if they are linked to hidden components and wires.

Widened throat for more gulp, added a tiny airlock to the fore upper ballast due to issues with over flooding causing more water to enter the sub than intended via cargo/gunnery, small compartment for a sonar to lure monsters into the maw.

hid a few things and cleaned up some decor as usual.

made upper aft ballast bigger, hid a ceiling component that was not hidden
