v1.2 Patch Notes:
-Godly Strike (air) - travels less distance in neutral (combo version is unaffected)
-Tearing Whirlwind - damage reduced
-Swift as the Wind - no longer resets momentum on startup
-Eye of the Storm - now always has i-frames until the first active frame rather than on initiative only, now neutral on hit to compensate (can still cancel it with resources)
-Astral Wind - added

v1.1 Hotfixes:
-Godly Strike (air) - properly restricted the usable angle
-Wind Orb and Storm Quaker - fixed an issue where these projectiles did not properly register as deleted when GaleRaiser was hit. This should eliminate the issues of crashing when using Storm Quaker while it was not supposed to be used.
