Moved the arsenal items to a custom tab at the bottom of the forge list.
Made the hornet only able to sway around 30 degrees instead of 90, no more weird drifting hornets.

---KNOWN BUGS---
-Scenery ships are not movable when placed
-Hornet has no (engine) sounds
-Halo 2A Scorpion machine gun has no sound
-Halo 2A Scorpion body looks weird, prolly due to porting it from halo 2A's engine,
-Halo 2A Heretic banshee sounds are weird, wingtip tracers also are the wrong colour
-Mammoth camera is weird when you position it infront of the wheels
-No items in the arsenal crate objects category, basically scenery that has collision or does something
when interacted with category, adding stuff in to that category rn, will be in next update along with some other things.

Lots of cool stuff (:
-Added names for the vehicles in the vehicles MCC tab,
-Added a new vehicle (H2AMP Hornet)
Nothing nerfed or buffed (for now)

Stay tuned for more to be added to arsenal+!!

-Nerfed the broadsword weapons since they were way too powerful
-Nerfed the pelican chaingun bullet damage by a small amount
-Buffed the space banshees health by 50
-Buffed the space banshees plasma bolts damage by x2 (15 to 30)
-Fixed where you exit in the mammoth
-Changed where you enter the Mammoth (now at the 2nd floor rear console)
-Changed the forge budget (30000 -> 50000)
-Added the Campaign Pelican vehicle to the forge list

Increased the missile battery's range by about double
Made the lich's driver seat be at the top console (plinth)
Deleted some objects in the mammoth causing the main mac cannon to not show up for non-host players

Finally got the map to show up in the 'modded maps' tab in forge
