* Increased value of Frontier from 300 to 450 credits.
* Removed Order 66 (Guards will no longer fire at and destroy captured shockmines from Worldgen Extended. Previously caused by how Frontier manipulated the sightable trait of units. RIP)

* Replaced example mod icon with custom icon
* Removed Function Library and Contingency Plan requirements. Added SIM CONSTRUCTOR by Cyberboy2000 requirement
* Removed instances of "W93" in code after learning that it is creator Wodzu's signature (sorry about that)
* Gave string namespace a less generic name
* Removed unintended XP unlock integration

* Corrected unintended code omission that resulted in immediately-seen devices not triggering Frontier at the beginning of a mission. No notifications will pop up, but the PWR is successfully gained.
