-Added placeholder icons to fleet levels 4, 5, 6 and 7. I've spent too much time editing them but they ended up looking like shiт, so here we are. I'll redesign the entire fleet icons a bit later

-Support for 3.7
-Added semi-cloaked and fully cloaked ship sprites
(if there are any misalignment issues, please let me know!)

-Improved the voidborne aliens' icons so they fit the rest of the icons
-Slightly moved some icons by a couple of pixels so the jittering and jumping is at acceptable levels
