Fixing a bad updateee be happy

- Json file should now auto generate after 2 complete server restarts

Update out:
- Huge optimization to how suppression is applied / handled
- Hearing protection is in. Check your ServerProfile to see the files
- Configuring the mod also works with custom values. Check your ServerProfile.
- Stamina will now drain faster and not regenerate when fully suppressed (non configurable)
- Tunnel vision properly applied
- Stamina drain from bullets affected slightly.

Bullets do respective suppression 'damage':
- 3 Pistol
- 5 Intermediate
- 15 Full power
- 20 Shell
