Updated version number AGAIN to prevent Cosmoteer 0.30.0a from complaining and automatically disabling my mods even though this mod works just fine.

Also prepatched this mod to prevent Cosmoteer from complaining again again when Cosmoteer 0.30.0b, 0.30.0c, 0.30.0d, 0.30.0e, 0.30.0f, 0.30.0g, 0.30.0h, 0.30.1, 0.30.2 and 0.31.0 get released.

Version 1.3.0 supports Cosmoteer 0.26.2.
Previous versions of Cosmoteer will no longer work with this mod due to changes in how asteroids are spawned.

Version 1.2.0 is a rebalance that seeks to make asteroids from Mineable Megaroids featuring the S symbol somewhat more common.

Version 1.1.1 is identical top version 1.1.0 except for the version number and supported game version, so it stops throwing errors as this mod should work just fine.

Version 1.1.0 is a minor update. Roughly 10% spawn chance of a Mineable Megaroid containing more sulfur than usual. These will have the S symbol instead of the more common Fe or Cu symbols these asteroids usually have.

The total number of asteroids is unchanged, but sulfur will be more common.
