Fixed Chinese localization (thanks to The Nameless Belkan Catgirl for that)
Overhaul of missile health pools. Now S1 missile have the same amount of health as WC version of standard missile and all other missiles are balanced around it

The localization fixer is updated
TER302 now contains proper amount of superconductors
