Fixed issue with vehicles not spawning properly on modded maps.
You should avoid:
- overlaping zones
- make zone outside bounds of the actual cell
- blank zone
- not using right attribute
- do not forget to use attribute for zone who really need it (WaterZone, WaterFlow, Mannequin)
