New scripting methods have been implemented to use the options dialog for certain cards that require a player's choice. Further reducing the number of cards that need to be executed manually.

Added additional script features to handle more cards. Cards and actions with bonuses or costs that depend on certain conditions like having played certain symbols are now handled automatically.
Actions that let you pay MC reduced by steel or titan production are now also handled automatically. The script calculates the current cost when using the action and when checking the necessary conditions.
Added the effect of cards that reduce the cost of the next played card this phase to the script.

Added effect notification to the United Nations Mars Initiative when TR is raised the first time each phase.
