Updated rulebook notes.

BIG UPDATE:

The script has been extensively extended to automatically run activated projects. Research and victory scoring can also be carried out automatically using additional buttons.

Changed the way on how the script tracks symbols: Removed scripting zones.

Fixed the last version that used an old script with some already fixed bugs.

Fixed the yellow phase 3 card showing a black back to other players.

Added a bag for science resources.
Replaced some steam cloud images by imgur images.

Implemented script function to flip oceans.

When any TR reaches its maximum, players can continue to raise it and gain any bonus by button click until the end of the phase.

Improved notifications.

Added buttons for standard actions on the resource board. Left click to pay it automatically. Right click to do the action for free. The script raises your TR if necessary.

Fixed missing tag on project 'Processed metals'.
