Small update with a big fix.

• Fixed Pistoleers being unable to equip a second pistol in some setups. Thanks, kunwoo!
  
• Due to the above, the spec now requires Open Class Weapon Restrictions.
  
• Upped early aim growths a bit (+2) to offset how harsh pistol range is when starting out.
  
• Tweaked the in-game spec description again.
