- Border Princes Frontier tech has a buff for U.Kossars and Handgunners.

- Updated unit tiers FWIW.
- Royal Guard: +3 total missile damage, -1 reload time, +10 calibration distance, +125 cost. Is this because I was provoked and because I wanted to keep it at tier III? Also that.
- Fixed bretonnian variants that were broken by 4.0. Texture issues on them are on CA.
- There might be some other invisible asset I didn't spot yet.

- Fixed locs for General and Captain horse skills.
- Fixed text for a Mercs of Tilea skill effect.
- Edited text for a couple of effects about nobles for clarity and brevity.
- Fixed accidental removal of Handgunners from a handgunner unit set.
- Catrazza’s ring: changed the replenishment effect to be 8% instead of 20%, but factionwide. Clarified its text and changed its key (submods beware if editing this).
- LL items will show up on a different tab like in all other LLs. I hated the ugly new tooltip in the skill.
- Internal: removed some foreign units from mercenary tables, which were presumably glitching UI for other factions. Unused anyway.

- TEB allied outposts should be buildable on chorf settlements.
- High Eagle gets an Immortality-type skill at rank 12 with an extra xp benefit. If you are already past rank 12, level up again to get it automatically.
