- Updated obsolete winds of magic effects with magic reserve stuff.
partial TOW porting since I cba separate the versions:
- Set up military groupings. Tobaro and Blazing Sun are currently hybrid colonial roster plus temple units.
- Set up factional recruitment lines (160 lines with AI heck yeah)
- Huge shoutout for @partypus who volunteered to adapt TOW flags to my flag shapes and more. Also made a new flag holder icon for capitals, y’know, the small eagle thingy.
- Internal: removed some Empire chains from my building set (why were they there? Oh well)
THIS DOESN'T MEAN TOW+TEB IS FUNCTIONAL. This does limit the problem of TEB factions in TOW having three rosters at once. Again, I was just working on the port and 4.1 happened so I had to remove a crash and I didn't want to make my life harder with versioning.

TEB
- Borderlands Welcome skill: changed unit set for cavalry to avoid some useless unit previews.
- Birdmen: not members of mp_cap_group_missile_cav_chariots_warmachines anymore.
- Fixed key overlap that caused Frontiersmen/Villanos/Mercenaries skills to be available to factions that shouldn’t have them.
- TEB factions can be force vassalized by Slaaneshi stuff, not just teasing the wheel thing.

- Gashnag’s unique skill line correctly unlocks at level 12.
- Removed internal compatibility with All Diplo Choices, if you get double buttons it doesn’t come from here anymore.
- Credits to Scaredy Nat: added fix to make TEB captives generate souls. Eeesh, that’s awful to write down.

Why on earth did CA merge and move all these assets, episode 3
- Helped one of the merc generals find his body again
- Helped a few more people finding their general capes in the laundry
- Helped the brassy captain finding his face again, he’s not trapped in here with you
- Helped the Gunnliebs with their heads
- Fixed the Border Rangers’ hoods, orcs won’t laugh at them no more
- Helped the Irranans find their neckerchiefs too
- Please let it be over
