BOA 3 sight changes - now indicates if target you are aiming at is friendly/enemy, made glass slightly darker and fixed holo/"decal" transparency

VARIX 3 scope now has toggleable zoom levels (1x/3x), toggle with melee bash key when aiming

fixed viewmodel flickering at sharp angles while aiming
varix and recon scopes insides don't disappear instantly on aiming start
extended magazine doesn't unload on equip and reloads on unequip if current clip is above standard clip size (preserving chambered round)
