Cards Manager v1.3.5

- Fixed issue causing theme cards to not appear in turbo when using whitelist mode until all non-franchise cards are exhausted.
- Fixed issue causing customers to sometimes still order dishes from cards that were removed, hopefully.
- Added preference to override preventing of impossible card combinations (Use at your own risk)

Cards Manager v1.3.0

- Added card removal
- Hold ready on a card in the active card list to remove
- All active cards that require the removed card will also be removed

Changes
- Allow Franchise Cards to be manually added to run
- Variety cards are still not allowed to be added to run (Doing so would have caused the Variety card to be non-functional)

Bug Fixes
- Fixed issue causing starting cards like Turbo to not be manually unlockable
