Removed from this Compilation and made into separate Submods

To fix lord effects not showing for Valkia and Throgg in the campaign start menu, the following was removed from this Submod Compilation and made into their own submods:
- Trolls for the Trollking - WH3 Edition by Elo
  - Cryswar's Leaders of Legend for Trolls for the Trollking - Submod
- Kabandha Faction&Khorne Rune by Blackoutsider
  - Cryswar's Leaders of Legend for Kabandha Faction&Khorne Rune - Submod
- If you had an in-progress campaign using Trolls for the Trollking, or using Kabandha Faction&Khorne Rune, these new submods will allow you to continue your campaign without losing any skill points.

Bug Fix:

Fixed Daniel's lord effects being blank in the campaign start menu.

New Traits:

Cryswar's traits were added to relevant lords. I will continue adding Cryswar's traits to mods supported by this Submod Compilation. Check the images for a few examples of the new traits.
