Beta 1.0

Old Spawnmenu:
Fixed squad system not working due to incorrect entity setting "setsquad", that should be "squadname".
Added OICW.
Moved Crab Synth, Motar Synth and Arbeit Personality Core to NPC tab.

New Spawnmenu:
Added a new Spawnmenu based on Vscript.
type "bind tab +spawnmenu" to open/close the menu.
